The sun had come up and started to light up the faces of distant cliffs, while the hill in front of me and the pine remained in its evening shadow. I awoke in the dark and journeyed out into this sacred canyon to capture this special moment. The stillness, the quiet, and beauty of the land forever etched onto my heart. Kachina woman towered behind me.
